the potential of our youth, promoting healthy living and fostering a sense of social responsibility.
The Family YMCA at Tarrytown welcomes everyone, regardless of ability to pay.
Since its inception in 1903, The Family YMCA at Tarrytown has been serving the community. As a nonprofit organization dedicated to youth development, healthy living and social responsibility we have provided programs and services that are welcoming to all. We are currently providing much-needed childcare services at our Y Early Learning Center at our brand new location (139 Wildey Street in the Tarrytown Station Center).
Our new site is:
- Bright and Airy
- Steps to the Tarrytown Train Station
- Walkable to Villages of Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow
- Offers Ample Parking
Our school-age programs are available to TUFSD students. Pre-school and kindergarten after-school care is available at John Paulding and for grades 1-5 care is provided by the Y's School-Age SACC program at Morse Elementary School. Briarcliff Manor Union Free School District students receive care at Todd Elementary School. We also continue to offer Y Dance and Cheer programs for children.
The Y also offers Dance and Cheer Programs for youth.
Our fitness programming continues on our Virtual Y Platform and we plan to offer evening and weekend classes in 2024at our new site at Tarrytown Station Center. To learn more about the Virtual Y contact Lesa Dalton, Associate Executive Director at lesad@ymcatarrytown.org
